In accordance with our insurance policy, it is mandatory to have civil liability insurance covering damage caused by the vehicle, with a minimum guarantee amount of $100,000. Please note that we do not offer insurance, so it is the tenant's responsibility to provide valid proof of insurance that meets these requirements.
In the event of an accident, the tenant may be required to pay franchise fees to his insurance company. A security deposit, the amount of which varies according to the vehicle rented, is also required to cover any additional costs.
Renters must be at least 21 years old to rent a standard vehicle. Luxury and premium vehicles require a minimum age of 25.
A valid driver's license, held for at least 1 year, is required to rent a vehicle.
Full payment is required at time of booking. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Interac Transfer, Cash.
Cancellations made at least 96 hours prior to the pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.
If the cancellation is made less than 96 hours prior to the pick-up time, a fee equivalent to one day's rental will be charged.
In case of non-withdrawal of the vehicle without prior notice, the total amount of the reservation will be invoiced.
