A photo ID will be required upon departure.
The law requires all practitioners, pilots or passengers to have a size that allows their feet to be flat in contact with the floor or the footrests. A size of 1.35 meters or 54” makes it possible to meet this condition.
A liability release form must be signed prior to departure.
All outings are supervised by a certified and experienced guide.
Participants must follow the guide's instructions at all times.
Non-compliance with safety instructions or dangerous driving can lead to the immediate cessation of activity without reimbursement.
The vehicles are covered by commercial liability insurance.
A deductible of $3500 applies in the event of damage caused to the vehicle by negligence, collision, or misuse.
The driver is responsible for all damage caused by careless driving, driving off authorized trails, or the use of alcohol or drugs before or during the activity.
No coverage applies in case of dangerous behavior, driving under the influence, or failure to comply with the guide.
