At Biff Rentals, every guided side-by-side excursion is supervised with safety, quality and respect for nature in mind. The Aventure Écotourisme Québec – Quality Safety accreditation represents, in our view, the minimum we guarantee to our clients. This charter is our guiding principle.

1. Clear and transparent information

• Offer excursions suited to participants' skill level (beginner to intermediate).
• Clearly communicate the conditions: duration, trail level, departure point (Duhamel).
• Detail what the price includes and does not include before booking.
• Have each participant sign an acknowledgement and acceptance of the risks involved.
• Provide a full briefing before departure: route, riding, regulations and trail code.

2. Quality equipment

• Recent, carefully maintained Can-am Maverick X3 vehicles.
• Helmet and protective equipment provided.
• Enclosed and heated cabins during the winter season.

3. Professional supervision

• Excursions supervised by professional ORV safety-certified guides.
• Supervision ratio adapted to the difficulty of the trail.
• Guides who know the trails, the viewpoints and the safety guidelines.

4. A regulatory commitment

• Civil liability insurance included in our packages.
• Compliance with the laws and regulations applicable to off-road vehicles in Québec.

5. Respect for the environment

• Raise participants' awareness of respect for the trails, other users, wildlife and flora.
• Apply “leave no trace” principles.
• Promote responsible and sustainable use of off-road vehicles.
